Cut Your Marketing Costs by 50% with E-Newsletters

Is direct mail too expensive to use monthly? How can you track its effectiveness? How will you keep in touch with your clients and prospects to bring in new business?

You can use E-Newsletters - easily!

But what are E-Newsletters? And what are your options? Do you choose Outlook·, Topica·, Constant Contact·, GotMarketing· or some other tool? We will explore the tools that you can put to work for your business.

Using E-Newsletters to market your business is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

We will teach you how to:

  1. Create a permission based list.
  2. Create a graphical eye-catching email & mail it out.
  3. Celebrate the successes/track the results.

Whether you are using a web-based application, a mid-range solution or email, if you apply the basic principles, you can be CAN-SPAM law compliant, touch your clients, prospects and partners on a consistent and regular basis, cut costs and reap the rewards.

E-Newsletters 101: Promote and Grow your Business with E-Newsletters

Promote and Grow Your Business with E-Newsletters

It's common lore in the sales industry that you need to "touch your prospects" at least SEVEN times before they buy from you. Electronic newsletters are one of the most easy and effective ways to get your message to your clients, prospects, networking contacts, and partners, many times on a consistent basis.

Previously, "professional looking" newsletters required mastery of complex software combined with graphic design talent. This is no longer the case with Constant Contact(tm)'s powerful web-based newsletter system.

In this live demonstration seminar, I'll show you how to create a very professional looking newsletter in a matter of minutes.

This seminar includes a 30-minute business consultation to get your newsletter on its way.

E-Newsletters for Non-Profits, Promote your Favorite Charity with E-Newsletters

How can you promote your favorite non-profit? Did you know that 60% of people who attend charity events and/or contribute to charities have attended an event or contributed before? That is why it is so critical to communicate with the people who have attended before.

  • Direct mail is expensive!
  • A calling campaign requires lots of volunteers
This class will teach you the benefits and specifics of creating E-newsletters.
  • Learn how to maintain and manage the data base of contributors
  • Create handsome emails
  • Track the results
No previous experience necessary!

The more that people understand the depth and value of the services that your non-profit delivers, the more likely they are to volunteer and contribute.
  • Learn ideas for content and design
  • Learn how to send emails to donors, sponsors, volunteers etc
  • Learn how to keep your costs down and your results high
Christine, the instructor, is a marketing consultant for businesses and non-profits.
